The fact time awake in the morning it can affect the health and appearance of the body. A new study found that people who wake up early more slimmer, happier and healthier than those who sleep late.

Researchers at the University of Roehampton England concluded, that those who fall asleep faster and wake up able to do the work faster, get the kids off to school, more vibrant and active in the workplace. Meanwhile, people who sleep late at night is more risky to feel depressed or stressed
