You will need:
- 4 scoops of strawberry ultra + shake
- 3 fresh strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
- half a scoop chocolate cyclone
- 100ml fresh skimmed milk
- 400ml water

What to do
Pile this lot into your blender; hit the switch for 2 minutes and neck it as a great-tasting snack between meals.

What it does
This liquid lunch packs in ahuge amount of natural calories and protein. The potassium from the banana and strawberries will help you absorb these proteins and calories, meaning faster exercise recovery.
This smoothie can also be used as a pre-workout fuel. You should drink it around 30-45 minutes before your session for maximum results.
