The Recipe Express Oats as easy as 1-2-3
You will need:
- 1/4 cup instant oats
- 235ml semi skimmed milk
- 1 tbsp sliced almonds
- 1/2 tsp powdered ginger
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp ground flaxseed
- 3 tbsp low-fat vanilla yoghurt
Step 1 Nuke
Stick everything but the yoghurt in a microwave for 2 minutes
Step2 Flavour
Chuck on the low-fat vanilla yoghurt
Step 3 Eat
Per serving: 420 calories, 20g protein, 62g carbs, 7g fat
