Coffee with cream is my husband drink favorite, though drinking coffee is not a must for him. If he had a coffee shop, all the recipe should be outstanding. However most of the time, my husband find that the atmosphere of the coffee shop itself is that matters, and not necessarily the taste of the coffee. So, he would give more attention to the place it self.
It must be air conned because He would not be able to enjoy a hot atmosphere in the first place. The decoration .... what my husband have in mind is the word "wood" so he guess the color should be more brownish or cream. Live music would be fun to enjoy! Did he mention cool?

Favorite drink
My Favorite is Lemon Tea. Sometimes the waiter gets me lemon flavored tea, but what I really like is tea served with a slice of fresh lemon!
I also go for English Breakfast or mango flavored tea. I prefer tea to coffee, because although tea is also a caffeinated beverage, it contains less caffeine. A bit of caffeine refreshes and relaxes me. If I drink coffee, I might have to spend some time working out to burn up the extra energy, which I don't like to do too often!
So, to avoid a heart attack, tea is my drink of choice.
